We've all heard before that we only use a tiny fraction of our potential brainpower. And although there is still a lot to learn on this subject that will both astound and enhance our lives in the future; why not do what we can now where we are at with the knowledge that we have???

Is there really anything more important that controlling your own thoughts? You've probably heard it said or read before that our thoughts determine our actions, our actions determine our habits, and our habits determine our destiny. That's what this web log is all about; consciously focusing on the structure and form of thought in order to produce better actions which will instill positive habits which will ultimately make our lives better.

P.S. Here's an exercise (your brain is like a muscle) to get you started. Pick a goal or something you want to achieve, imagine as if it were already a reality, see what you would see, hear what you would hear, and feel as you would feel. Did you feel the "rush"? If so you did it right and congratulations you're on your way.
